The Minister for Planning, John Rau has recently released for public consultation a document known as the "Woodville Station DPA". This document proposes the rezoning of the St Clair Oval site on Woodville Road for residential development up to 8 storeys as part of a Development Plan Amendment by the Minister. Council will be holding an information session for residents wishing to make a submission on this proposal at 7.30pm on Wednesday 12th December. The closing date for submissions is the 14th February.
